Fulfillment policy.

How onboarding, billing, refunds, and cancellations work at Suno.

At Suno Software, we provide cloud-based practice management software for audiology and speech-language pathology clinics. We prioritize a smooth onboarding experience and only initiate subscriptions after your clinic is fully set up and live on our platform.

Fulfillment timing

After a customer signs up, our team works directly with your clinic to complete onboarding, including configuration, training, and data migration. Subscriptions begin only once onboarding is complete and the system is fully operational.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for active subscriptions. If you experience a billing error or service issue during onboarding, please reach out to us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on the length of the contract agreed upon at sign-up. Customers will continue to be billed until the end of their contract term, even if they choose to discontinue use early. For questions about your contract, please contact our support team.
