Switching to Suno is painless.

We know switching software is the scariest part. So we do the heavy lifting — and we stand behind every record we move. Our team has migrated practices from every major audiology platform on the market. Most go live in four weeks.

The migration

Four weeks. Three phases. Zero pain.

01

You export. We prepare.

Weeks 1–2

Kickoff with your onboarding specialist. You request the export from your current OMS — we tell you exactly what to ask for and walk you through it. Meanwhile we configure Suno to match your practice: providers, locations, schedules, fee schedules, forms, integrations. Your staff get their Suno invites.

  • Kickoff call with your onboarding specialist
  • You request your data export — we guide exactly what to ask for
  • Clinic configuration: providers, locations, schedules, forms
  • Integration setup (Noah ES, QuickBooks, ClaimMD, etc.)
02

You train. We migrate.

Week 3 → cutover weekend

Your team trains before the migration — two structured sessions, one for front desk and one for clinical staff. Then the migration runs on your real export, directly to production, over a weekend — so your office loses no open hours. We validate every record against the source, with a full audit trail.

  • Two staff training sessions (front desk + clinical)
  • Final data export from your old OMS
  • Migration runs over the weekend, directly to production
  • Record-by-record validation against your source data
03

You're live.

Monday morning

Your team logs into Suno on Monday and everything is there. Your onboarding specialist is on-call for go-live week and your CSM checks in daily. After week one, you transition to standard US-based support (still answered same-day, still by name).

  • Monday: your team logs into Suno
  • Onboarding specialist on-call for go-live week
  • Daily check-ins from your customer success manager
  • Transition to standard support after week one

What we move

Everything that matters, moved with care.

P

Patients

Demographics, contact information, status, preferences — plus insurance policies linked to each patient.

A

Appointments

Full appointment history and schedule blocks, including no-shows and cancellations.

C

Clinical documentation

Chart notes and patient notes, with original timestamps and authors preserved.

$

Financial records

Invoices, payments, adjustments, refunds — your full patient ledgers.

D

Products & devices

Your complete product catalog, plus hearing aids dispensed to patients.

S

Staff & admin data

Staff names, roles, and credentials; referring physicians, referral sources, and appointment types.

A few things deliberately don't migrate: staff passwords (everyone sets a new one via invite), system configuration (your onboarding specialist rebuilds it in Suno), fitting-software files (testing flows in through Noah ES sync instead), clearinghouse claim history, and deleted records. System-by-system breakdowns live in our Help Center.

/// Our guarantee

100% data guarantee.

If we can't migrate something critical, we tell you before you sign. If something breaks during migration, we fix it on our dime — before go-live wherever possible, and as our top priority if anything surfaces after. And you aren't billed until your go-live date — white-glove onboarding, personalized trainings, and a dedicated customer success manager are part of every migration.

Frequently asked

Migration questions.

  • Will my patients notice anything during migration?

No. The migration runs on the export from your previous OMS and the cutover happens over a weekend — your team logs into Suno on Monday morning and everything is there. Patients see no disruption to messaging, appointments, or care.

  • What happens to my historical chart notes?

All chart notes and patient notes migrate to Suno with original timestamps and authors preserved. If your previous system stored notes as PDFs, those PDFs are attached to the relevant patient charts as supporting documents.

  • Do I lose audio recordings from my old scribe?

If you can obtain the audio files from your previous vendor, we can bring them into Suno's HIPAA-compliant document storage and link them to the corresponding patient encounters. Ask your onboarding specialist during scoping.

  • What about pending claims and outstanding A/R?

Open claims and clearinghouse history (ERAs/EOBs) don't migrate — claims already submitted should be followed to completion in your previous clearinghouse. We do migrate your financial records — invoices, payments, adjustments, and patient balances — so the Collections Agent can pick up outstanding patient A/R from day one.

  • How long does Noah data take to sync?

Hearing aid programming and fitting files live in Noah and are outside migration scope. Noah ES sync is set up during onboarding — once configured, testing done in Noah appears in Suno in real time, and patient demographic updates made in Suno sync back to Noah.

  • What if my staff hates change?

You're not the first practice to ask this. Most audiologists are productive in Suno within a few hours of training because the workflows are designed around how clinicians actually work. We do two structured training sessions before your migration weekend — one for front desk, one for clinical staff — and your CSM is on-call during go-live week.

  • Can we migrate just one location first as a pilot?

Yes. Many multi-location groups choose to migrate their smallest location first to validate the process before rolling out to the rest. We've successfully done both phased migrations (one location at a time) and big-bang migrations (entire enterprise at once).
