Most practices are priced per location. Single-location practices with many providers are priced per provider instead — whichever fits the shape of your practice. AI agents (Scribe and Coach) are billed per seat. Volume pricing as you grow, and you aren't billed until your go-live date.

Why don't you publish prices on this page?
Practice management software is too variable to price off-the-shelf. Two clinics with the same number of providers might have very different needs based on locations, claims volume, AI usage, integrations, and migration complexity. We give you a fair, fixed quote based on your actual practice — usually within 48 hours of an initial call.
How is AI billed?
Suno Scribe and Suno Coach are billed per seat — a flat monthly rate for each provider using them, so costs are predictable. We include the seat pricing in every quote, and for Enterprise contracts AI can be bundled into the overall agreement.
When does billing start?
On your go-live date. Our team works directly with you through configuration, training, and data migration first — billing begins when your clinic goes live on Suno.
Can I add AI agents later?
Yes. Every Suno customer can turn on Scribe, Coach, Collections, Concierge (beta), and the Leads Agent (beta) — per provider, per location, or across the whole practice — and turn them off again with one click if they're not delivering value.
What happens as we grow?
Your plan grows with you. Add a location or a provider and we adjust the price — pro-rated, with volume pricing as you scale. No re-implementation, no data migration, no "Enterprise sales process."
Do you offer a free trial?
Not in the click-to-sign-up sense. But we'll build a sandbox tenant with sample data so your team can play with it before signing. And your subscription doesn't begin until your go-live date — so you're never paying for software you can't use yet.
